All orders at Rumah Ikan are placed via WhatsApp and confirmed manually by our admin. Here is the ordering process:
Find the fish or product you want on our website.
Tap the "Order via WA" button or message us at 0899-9329-143 .
Admin will confirm availability, size, and final price.
Transfer according to admin's instructions and send proof of payment.
Fish is packed and shipped on schedule (Saturday or Sunday).

We accept payment via bank transfer and digital wallets listed below. All payments must be confirmed via WhatsApp along with proof of transfer.

Rumah Ikan ships nationwide across Indonesia on a fixed weekly schedule.

J&T Express, SiCepat, AnterAja, Gosend Sameday
- Shipping costs are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination city.
- Gosend Same Day is only available for the Jabodetabek area.
- Shipping is not available on Indonesian national holidays.
- Packing uses double plastic bags, pure oxygen, and styrofoam box.
- Rumah Ikan is not responsible for delays caused by courier conditions beyond our control (flooding, traffic jams, etc.).

Rumah Ikan provides a DOA (Dead on Arrival) guarantee under the following terms:
Valid Claim Requirements
- Unboxing video is mandatory: Video unboxing SEBELUM buka paket, tanpa edit.
- Claim must be sent to admin via WhatsApp within the specified time limit.
- Video must show the outer packaging condition and the unboxing process until fish are visible.
- Photo of the dead fish along with the order number must be included in the claim.
Replacement Options
Guarantee Is Void If
- ❌ Klaim >30 menit
- ❌ Video tidak valid
- ❌ Salah penanganan
- ❌ Kelalaian penerima
❌ Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by customers under the following terms:
- Before fish is packed: Cancellation is accepted and full payment will be refunded (if already transferred).
- After fish is packed: Cancellation cannot be accepted as the fish has been specially prepared for your order.
- Cancellation by Rumah Ikan (e.g., sudden stock depletion) will be communicated immediately and full payment will be refunded.
📊 Price Changes
Prices listed on the Rumah Ikan website are for reference only and may change at any time without prior notice due to:
- Fluctuations in the ornamental fish market.
- Changes in prices from suppliers or breeders.
- Scarcity or high demand for certain fish species.
- Changes in operational costs (feed, electricity, oxygen, etc.).
By proceeding with an order after price confirmation from admin, you are deemed to have agreed to the applicable price.
