7 Simple Steps
From choosing fish to holding them in your hands — just 7 easy steps!
Confirm via WhatsApp
Our admin will help confirm stock availability, send the latest fish photos, and calculate the estimated shipping cost to your city.
Admin is online 09:00–22:00 WIB — response time under 1 hour!
Agree on Order Details
Choose quantity, size, shipping day (Saturday/Sunday), and preferred courier. Admin will send an order summary via WhatsApp for your final confirmation.
Delivery is available every Saturday & Sunday — plan around your schedule at home!
Transfer Payment
Pay the agreed total (product price + shipping cost) to one of our bank accounts or e-wallets. Payment details are listed at the bottom of this page.
Make sure the transfer amount matches the exact total confirmed by admin.
Send Proof of Payment
Send a photo or screenshot of the payment receipt to admin via WhatsApp. Your order will be confirmed within 30 minutes of receiving the proof.
A screenshot from your mobile banking app is sufficient as payment proof.
Packing & Pre-shipment Photo
Fish are packed with double plastic bags, pure oxygen, and a styrofoam box. Admin will send packing photos and a tracking number via WhatsApp before shipment.
You will receive a photo of the fish condition plus a tracking number for real-time updates!
Receive & Acclimatize
When the package arrives, do NOT open it immediately. Record an unboxing video before opening the bag. Acclimatize for 15–30 minutes so the fish can adjust to the temperature change.
